This was the first book that my son first smiled at when his dad revealed where the green sleep was.

This is one of our most loved stories. The children learn colours, rhyme and rhythm. My 4 and 2 yr old know it by heart.

I've read this book to my daughter since her birth! She loves the repetition and the suspenseful build-up towards the end, as the whereabouts of the green sheep is revealed! It has also been helpful in teaching her concepts - up and down, thin and wide etc.

Great fun to read, good for learning...son enjoys pointing things out (almost 2).
