The reading packs will be given to parents at Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) universal home visit (usually when the baby is 6 weeks), however if parents do miss out for any reason, they can collect a pack from their local CaFHS clinic.

Selected hospitals with neonatal facilities including the Women's and Children's Hospital Special Baby Care Unit, Flinders Medial Centre Neonatal Unit and the Lyell McEwin Hospital Mothercarer program will provide the baby reading pack to families with a premature baby.
