Information sheets

For child care centres and public libraries, the following information sheets may be downloaded and added to your Vegemite Little Aussie Reader resource file. If you have not received a copy of this free resource file, you may order copies by emailing us. It is hoped these will provide more ideas on how you can extend the reading aloud experience for children in your care.

The suggestions are based on the principle that play is the most powerful way children learn.

The suggestions include topics such as:

• Engaging with Language and Literacy
• Discovering Sensory Play
• Enjoying Music and Movement

Add these to your resource file along with the activity sheets available in the section of our website.
