UniSA SURVEY 1 & SURVEY 2

UniSA are wanting to find out how SA families talk, read and communicate with their babies. We now have the second survey online. If you haven't already completed survey 1, please do so. If you've completed survey 1, please complete survey 2.

PRIOR TO STARTING... please read the attached Participant Information sheet, so you understand what is involved.

SURVEY 1 - prior to giving birth and/or baby up to 6 months of age

SURVEY 2 - your baby is now between 6 to 12 months old

Once you've completed the survey, as a thank you, we'd like to give you a picture book. At the end of the survey you can select which picutre you want. We will post it to you.
